Who can tell me what episode was this mistake made??

Since no episode this week*crying* I decided to do post something of a riddle.. I know many people won’t get it..
The mistake occurred right after all the Uchihas were killed by Tobi And Itachi but another Uchiha boy was seem running.. It took place 15 minutes 57-58 seconds.. So what episode did it happen??
